Shipping Policy:
We offer both international and domestic shipping through the United States Postal Service. Recently we also added UPS to our selections picking whoever is in the best interest of our customers. Our shipping fees are flat rate for all domestic orders, starting at $6 minimum shipping charge. International shipping start at $36 USD. Prices increase with weight, depending on size of order. All products are shipped within 2 business days of receiving the order, although most of the time they are shipped same day. Customers are sent a tracking number to whatever email address they used in their order. Most domestic orders will arrive 2-3 business days once shipped. International orders can take much longer due to transit time and customs. International customers need to pay extra for shipping and sign a waiver or we will refund the order promptly.
Return Policy:
As our products are food items, all sales are final. We are not liable for your package when it leaves our hands. Such as any hold up through the normal delivery channels. We rarely have issues unless a customer fails to give us a complete address.
